McDonald's
Do I really want to? Is a question anyone should ask themselves when thinking about chowing down on some McDonald's for any meal. Although it is a quick and easy way to get a meal it certainly is not the healthiest. McDonald's may say that they are making their food healthier, but really it still remains high in fat and calories. McDonald's gets to people through their kids. Kids recognize the shiny golden arches and the toy given out in their happy meals. The kids get really excited about getting a toy with their junk food and keep nagging their parents to take them back.
It is very hard to believe that some people eat McDonald's every day. I just walk into McDonald's and smell the fat frying up. The people working there were teenagers who looked like they have not showered in days. First I am being served nasty food and second the people cooking it look like they just came out of a dumpster. Who hasn't noticed the synthetic chips and processed burgers? I'm sure that everyone has had one and recognized that at least once in their lifetime. McDonald's promotes having a meal there as "fun food." Is it really fun when right after having your meal you feel sick and nauseous? I didn't think so.
In McDonald's nutrition facts, they attempt to show their customers that fries, Big Macs, and shakes are a nutritious part of your diet, but in reality we all know they aren't. What they don't tell you is that a diet high in sugar, fat, animal products, and sodium is linked to breast cancer and heart diseases. Bright cheap plastic decor, stripy grease coated uniforms, and glittery golden arches are all part of the dressing up their low quality food.
